The salesperson was knowledgeable and showed me several vehicles on the lot. This was a no pressure sale which was great. We were able to work out a deal that was feasible for both of us. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Would recommend Medford Motors to anyone who wants a fair deal from fair people.

I went in to pick up a part for my buddy. Ended up standing around for 40+ minutes just to find out they had it in a barrel in the garage because they hadn't even brought in that days order yet. When they finally found it i had to sit around for another 15 minutes while the guy tried to figure out how to ring the item up. After he came to the conclusion that he wasn't going to get it he just got my name number and address to send me a bill by mail which is the opposite of what I wanted. Overall I'd say it wasn't quite worth it. Definitely going to be ordering parts from other places.
