The staff is friendly, but they've cancelled numerous appointments and it's hard to rechedule with them. They've sent my children to another office becuase they didn't have anything open for 6+months. very discouraging to work with!
Not really impressed with the handling of my procedures. The dentist is very short and sometime condescending. Have had one dental assistant in particular do an absolutely horrid job, ending up in multiple extra visits, which could have easily been avoided had she not been so rushed. Have already made at least a dozen trips here, 2+ hours roundtrip each time. If the waiting lists in my local area were not 12-18 months, I would certainly not go out of my way to come to this location.
Not recommended. Broke two of my teeth and they told me that's too bad, we aren't fixing them. Went to a real dentist and he said he has never seen dental work like that and it was all wrong and had to be redone.
Extremely rude people
I really like the conversations I have with Dr Swing. Great women who shows love while helping keep me free from the pain of my own failure to care for my teeth. Thank you Dr Swing.
