Very unorganized. Showed up to my 9 month olds apt to be told they didn't have an apt on record for him. Then asked if I wanted to make a payment on my outstanding balance of $2,000 when all of my bills have been paid in full. It was very embarrassing, but thankfully I have proof of payment. How does a business deposit your payment but not deduct it from your account? Very unprofessional, I wish there were other options for local health care.
