Took boat in for winterizing. After a month without a call, I called and asked if it was finished. After not giving them my name they asked if I was Justin, I said yeah, they said it is done. I went to pick it up, he looked at me like I was an alien and said we don't have any boats here. He said let me go check. He said is yours the one with black cover, I said yes and paid for it. He said pull around back and let me finish with customers, I said ok. After waiting about a half an hour and staring at my boat which appeared to be in same spot I left it, I went in to ask to unlock the gate, he said oh yeah, like he forgot about us. After gate was unlocked and I pulled up to hook on I noticed that the front jack wheel was sunk into the ground a couple of inches which indicates to me that it was sitting there for a while. So now I wonder, was it even winterized to begin with?
