Poor communication on bus route times! Parents weren't notified of change in route leading to earlier pick up time.
Took the Niagara Falls trip with Krug during the summer of 2016 and it was an awesome experience. Everything was top notch and well planned out. I'd recommend considering an extended tour with them if you have the chance!
